Drive Thru Flu Shot Clinic

Join Davis County Public Health on Friday, September 28th at the Davis County Fairgrounds for their annual Drive-Thru Flu Shot Clinic. The clinic will be open from 8:30am – 1:00pm.
If you are covered by Medicare -Part B, please bring your card with you. The cost to individuals not covered by Medicare-B is $30, or $65 for the high-dose, over the age of 65.
