Immunization Clinic

Davis County Public Health hosts immunization clinics each month.
Clinics are held the second Wednesday of the month from 8:30am – 11:30am & the last Wednesday of the month from 3:00pm – 6:00pm. Appointments are not required.

Available Immunizations for Children (birth – 18 years old):
- Polio
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella
- Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis
- Hepatitis B
- HIB
- Rotavirus
- Varicella (chicken pox)
- HPA (Gardasil)
- Meningitis
- Prevnar
- Seasonal influenza for adults and children
