Meet Our Providers! Open House

We invite all community members to join us and the Davis County Medical Associates Provider Team for a Meet & Greet Open House on Thursday, March 21st 4:30pm – 6:30pm at the DC Medical Associates Clinic.
This is a great opportunity for community members looking for a new primary care provider for either themselves, or a family member, to come meet and talk with our provider team. Enjoy refreshments and a relaxing evening with our providers at the meet & greet open house.
During the event, we will have record release papers available as well as the option to schedule an appointment if interested.
