Suicide Prevention Awareness Balloon Release

Join us at our Davis County Hospital Senior Life Solutions building (505 N Madison, Bloomfield) at 12:30 pm on Thursday, September 12th to learn more about mental health resources and Suicide Prevention by participating in a balloon release.
The balloon release will kick off with Mayor Dan Wiegand giving a Proclamation to proclaim September 2019 as Suicide Prevention and Awareness Month in Bloomfield, Iowa. All community members are invited to attend the ceremony and participate in the balloon release. Community members will be provided a balloon to include a personal message in recognition of suicide prevention awareness.
The more people that join us, the more we can spread awareness of suicide prevention.
DCH Senior Life Solutions has also teamed up with Neebz Graphix to create and sell a Suicide Prevention Awareness t- shirt to kick off the awareness month in September.
