Davis County Hospital Foundation

Thanks to the generous support of the Davis County Hospital Foundation, our EMS Department is excited to announce the addition of a brand new Xpedition Powered Stair Chair to our emergency response equipment.
This state-of-the-art stair chair is designed to significantly improve both patient safety and responder wellbeing during emergency transports involving stairs. With its powered capabilities, the Xpedition chair allows EMS professionals to safely and efficiently move patients up and down stairways with greater control and stability. This reduces physical strain on responders while enhancing comfort, security, and dignity for patients during what can often be stressful situations.
Having access to modern, reliable equipment is essential for delivering high-quality emergency care—especially in rural communities like ours. The new powered stair chair strengthens our EMS team’s ability to respond quickly and effectively, ensuring patients receive the safest care possible from the moment help arrives.
We are incredibly grateful to the Davis County Hospital Foundation and to the many community donors whose generosity makes investments like this possible. Your continued support directly impacts patient care, employee safety, and the overall health of our community. Together, we are helping ensure that Davis County Hospital & Clinics can continue providing compassionate, high-quality care—right here at home.
