The Hiring Process

Once an application is submitted to the Human Resources Department, you will receive an email notification ensuring your application has been secured and the initial screening process will begin taking place. You will only be contacted directly by our Human Resources Department if your application has cleared the initial screening and we would like to schedule a first-round interview. If a first-round interview is successfully completed, you will be contacted for a peer interview which will be conducted by a group of team members. This group will make the final recommendation for hire based upon their interview with the applicant.  Our goal is to select the right candidate for our team.  We ask that you have patience with us while we are completing this process.  If you are selected for a position, Human Resources will call to make you an offer.  If you are not selected for the position, Human Resources will send you a letter in the mail to the address on your application.  The status of our positions is updated regularly on our website at www.dchc.org.

Pre-employment drug screening and DCI checks required.  E.O.E.
