Health Services Education Scholarship
Health Services Education Scholarship
Established in 2019, the Health Services Education Scholarship supports individuals pursuing a career in a healthcare-related field. Each year, the program awards at least two $500 scholarships to qualified applicants.
Eligible Fields of Study Include (but are not limited to):

Physical Therapy

Respiratory Therapy

Speech Therapy
This scholarship is made possible through the generous support of donations and committed funds from the Davis County Hospital & Clinics Board of Trustees and the Davis County Hospital & Clinics Foundation.
Eligibility

Preference is given to applicants who reside in Davis County, but individuals living outside the county will also be considered.

Davis County Hospital & Clinics employees and their family members are encouraged to apply.

Previous recipients may reapply and are welcome to do so each year they remain eligible.
