Diabetes Education Center
Do you have diabetes or have a loved one who has been diagnosed? Diabetes is a disease in which the body does not produce or properly use insulin. Insulin is a hormone that is needed to convert sugar, starches and other food into energy needed for daily life. At Davis County Hospital & Clinics, the Diabetes Education Center provides personalized care for people who have diabetes. The team will meet with you to explore your lifestyle and help make a plan that will work for you.
